Dance is one of the most liberating things. I love to swim and the only thing that comes closest to being in water is dancing. It’s an anti aging work out. Focusing on a particular dance form is a fantastic way to train your mind to be sharp and alert. The combination of high mental functioning in a relaxed body is bliss!
