Well how naive I was to understand this until my legs started to move to the rhythm of my heart, and my body became a canvas where my emotions painted a story only dance could tell. It's through every step, every leap, that I found the freedom to express my true self and share my soul with the world.

Dance for me is patience & a way to calm myself. It is an emotion & sometimes your steps express an emotion more than your words.

Dance for me is that 1 in a bar which I just have to catch!

'To Dance' to me means to get in touch with my core self. Each and every move, step and twirl brings with itself a sense of satisfaction unfound in anything else. I feel I need to give it my all & polish it until it makes sense to me.

Freedom of mind and body - acting in sync, and fun meeting new nice people - after all it is a social dance. A lot depends on the instructors and the environment so thanks to Anu and Lakshay and batchmates. Special thanks to Lakshay - who has demonstrated his skills as both a leader and a follower. Also thanks to Mrinmayee for the wonderful workshop and encouragement.
